If you have a question about the operation of OurCircle apps read the following FAQs. If your issue is not resolved please email us  at support@ourcircle.com.au telling us the name of the app (Organiser or Friend) and your Circle ID CODE. 

  • Friends and the Organiser can report a user by clicking on the linke below:

    Report a User

  • It is free for the Organiser and a one off cost of $2.99 for the Friends to download 

  • The Organiser can have 5 Circles and can easily switch between Circles

  • The Organiser might like to share the Organiser function with the person at the Centre of the Circle. The person at the Centre of the Circle can download the Organiser app and use the recovery code of the original Organiser to help with organising support.

  • Apps are available for both ios and android devices.
