There are two roles: Organisers and Friends.

• Organisers create and manage Circles. They can invite Friends, send updates, schedule visits, and create task lists.

• Friends join existing Circles to provide support — claiming visits, completing tasks, and joining in group messaging.

Your role depends on how you joined: create a Circle and you're the Organiser; get invited into one and you're a Friend.

Yes. In settings you can see which Circles you are in and whether you are a Friend or an Organiser.

As an organiser you can invite people by sharing a personalised invitation link. The app generates a customised message that includes a direct link to join your Circle. You can share this via text message , email or any other messaging platform. Friends will need to download the app and use the link to join a specific Circle.

Yes, when you are setting up the app you choose if you are setting it up for yourself or someone else. 

Our Circle App holds very little Personally Identifiable Information (PII): just the name  Organiser and name of who the Circle is for. We do not require emails or phone numbers to use the app.
